How much is delivery?

Delivery is free!

Can you send flowers outside of the greater Rochester/Canaandaigua area?

Not right now, unfortunately. Our product is hand delivered by our Rockcastle delivery drivers to insure the safety of the flowers. We are hoping to expand in the future, but for now we are only able to service our local areas.

Can I place an order for same day delivery?

No. If you chose today’s date in the date selection your flowers will be delivered the next applicable day of the cycle. So if you place an order for Monday delivery on Monday, your flowers will be delivered the next upcoming Monday. Every charge on your card is applicable to the next upcoming delivery.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Of course! You can cancel at any time by sending an email to bloomgal@rockcastle.com.

Will my bouquets look like the bouquet in the picture?

Not exactly. Because of the subscription style of membership, our bouquets are hand crafted by a trained designer with our most fresh seasonal flowers. Every bouquet is different but we are confident that your recipient will love every delivery.

Can I customize my bouquet?

In order to create and distribute our curated bouquets, we are unable to allow customized products at this time. We guarantee that every bouquet that leaves our doors is full of premium seasonal blooms that will make someone smile.

What if my recipient isn’t happy with a bouquet?

The satisfaction of our customers and recipients is our greatest priority. If you or your recipient does not feel that their flowers are fulfilling their expectations, send us an email at bloomgal@rockcastle.com and we will make it right.
